Somerset Toastmaster & Master of Ceremony

The Beautiful County of Somerset has some wonderful Venues & locations to hold an Awards night or Ceremony.

An award ceremony will always have winners and losers. As long as the audience have fun in a style that leaves them happy and entertained everyone is a winner.

From a carriage clock presentation to an elaborate annual ceremony the basics are the same. In order to make it run smoothly it needs the services of a Professional Master of Ceremonies.

The duty of The SomersetToastmaster and Master of ceremonies is to ensure that the event is an unforgettable night for all concerned, but especially the winners.

Recognising people's excellence is an appreciation of all their efforts within their craft, profession or chosen career.  To be nominated for an award is perhaps an honour itself for every participant, but to actually win is an achievement beyond their wildest dreams; the climax to a lot of effort for those concerned. These evenings should be magical in the eyes everyone involved:  not only the nominee but all the assembled gathering. Therefore, it has to be swish, stylish and smoothly run!

The SomersetToastmaster’s role brings everything together.  More than just a smart meet and greeter, we are stewards, advisors, time managers, and a link to every service available. We are the announcer, the informer, the guide and sometimes the arbitrator. We are the important link to the stage manager responsible for setting up the whole event. The highly multi media technical productions require endless liaisons with the presenter beforehand, to get the timings just right for the presentations.

A Toastmaster is ideally suited for these prestigious events and are an accepted part of the award ceremony.  A Toastmaster can bring colour and class to the occasion and add that air of authority the red tail coat symbolises around the world.
